VENOGAME lets you play as a guest. This preview has no account sign-in, advertising, purchases or cloud saves.

Data on your device

Downloaded games, progress, favorites, recent games, language, theme and settings stay on your device. Removing a game keeps its progress unless you choose to delete it. Clearing app data, uninstalling or device failure can erase local data. Account recovery is not available in this preview.

Network requests

When online, the app checks the VENOGAME catalog and downloads game packages from venogame.com. The server and hosting provider process ordinary connection information, such as IP address and request time, to deliver files and protect the service. These requests do not send game saves.

Optional usage statistics

Statistics are off by default. If enabled in Me, app opens, game starts and completed downloads are queued with game identifiers and times, then sent when online. No advertising identifier, account identifier or game save is included. Disabling statistics deletes unsent events. Received batches are kept for up to 30 days.

Issue reports

Submitting a report sends your message, game identifier and language. Avoid personal or sensitive information. Reports are kept for up to 30 days. Rate limits use a short-lived hash of the connection IP, without storing the raw IP in reports or statistics.

Children and device controls

Local age filtering and a parental PIN help manage this device. They do not replace supervision or official age ratings. Statistics remain off unless enabled on this device.

Your choices

You can disable statistics, remove games and progress, clear recent games or erase local app data. For privacy inquiries, use the contact information published on venogame.com.
