What is VENO Dino?
VENO Dino is a 3D bubble shooter set inside a prehistoric cave lit by glowing crystals and mushrooms. Instead of bubbles you fire spotted dinosaur eggs from a wooden slingshot at a hexagonal wall of eggs hanging from the stone ceiling. Everything is built in real 3D with Three.js, from the glossy shells to the shards that fly when a cluster cracks, and it runs straight in your browser on a computer or a phone with nothing to install.
How to play
Aim with the mouse, or touch and drag on a phone, then release to fire. When the egg lands and touches two or more eggs of the same colour, the whole group of three or more pops. Any eggs left with no connection to the ceiling drop off and score even more. The slingshot always holds two eggs, and you can swap the current one with the next one as often as you like by tapping it or pressing Space. Keep an eye on the hourglass: when the sand runs out, the ceiling pushes a new row down, and if any egg crosses the glowing vine line near the bottom, the round is over.
Bank shots and combos
The cave walls are your friend. Eggs bounce off the left and right walls without losing speed, and the aim line shows one bounce plus a faint preview of exactly where the egg will settle, so tricky angles are fair. Every wall bounce before a pop adds a bonus, up to +150. Pop on consecutive shots to build a combo multiplier that climbs up to three times, and clear the entire wall for a huge bonus based on your current level.
Four ways to play
Classic is the endless high-score mode, where colours and row speed ramp up as you level. Journey offers 60 hand-built levels spread across four magical caves — Mushroom, Crystal, Lava and Ice — each rated with one to three stars, where the goal is to rescue baby dinosaurs trapped in the grid. The 90-second Rush is a short, punchy round made for phones, and the Daily Challenge gives everyone the same board each day with its own record and streak.
Special eggs and the flying pterosaur
Power eggs change everything: a lava bomb blasts every egg within two cells, a rainbow egg matches any colour, and a lightning egg flies straight through the grid destroying everything in its path. Watch out for stone eggs and ice-coated eggs that need extra work, and for baby dino eggs you can free by making them fall. Every so often a little pterosaur flies across carrying a gift; hit it for +250 points and a bonus such as a bomb or a slower hourglass. Popping and dropping eggs also fills an energy bar that turns your next egg into a bomb.
Made for phone and desktop
VENO Dino plays in portrait on phones and keeps the board centred on wide screens. You can use the mouse, touch or the keyboard arrows. Options include a colour-blind mode with bolder patterns, reduced motion, separate music and sound volumes, and automatic graphics quality so the game stays smooth on older devices.
