What is VENO Pong?
VENO Pong is a free arcade paddle game built in 3D that runs right in your browser. Two paddles, one ball, a glowing neon court: send the ball past your opponent and the point is yours. Matches are short, two to four minutes, so it is easy to play one more.
How to play
Your paddle slides left and right at the near end of the court. Move it with the mouse, the arrow keys or A/D, a gamepad stick, or by dragging anywhere on the lower half of a phone screen. Return every ball that comes your way. Each hit makes the ball 4% faster, and the first player to reach 7 points wins the match. At 6-6 you need to win by two.
Angles, spin and the smash
Where the ball meets your paddle decides where it goes: hit it in the middle and it flies straight, hit it near the edge and it leaves at up to 60 degrees. Move the paddle as you strike and the ball picks up spin, curving through the air. Land five hits in a row to fill the energy bar, then press smash at the moment of contact for a 1.5x faster shot with a fire trail. Every hit plays a note, so a long rally builds into a little melody.
Six ways to play
Classic is a straight match against the AI on three difficulty levels. Arcade Tour sends you through 10 opponents, two of them bosses, each with their own style and arena twist, and rates every win with up to three stars. Brick Rally puts a 3D brick wall in the middle of the court for a 90-second battle of goals and broken bricks. Survival is you against the far wall with three lives and a ball that keeps speeding up. There is also a 2-player mode on one device and a Daily Challenge with a new twist each day.
Power-ups and progression
In Arcade Tour and Brick Rally, glowing capsules drift across the court: Big Paddle, Shrink, Multi-Ball, Fireball, Magnet, Shield, Ghost Ball and Slow Zone. Matches earn XP and coins that unlock paddle and ball skins, trails and four arena themes, from Neon Grid to Retro 1972. Daily missions and 20 achievements give you something new to chase, and everything is unlocked by playing.
On phone and desktop
VENO Pong works on PC and mobile, in portrait or landscape, with nothing to install. The court is laid out lengthwise so it fits a tall phone screen as well as a wide monitor, and shake and flash effects can be turned off in the settings.
