What is VENO Slice?
VENO Slice is a 3D fruit-slicing arcade game that runs entirely in your browser. Fruit is tossed up from the bottom of the screen, you swipe to cut it in half, and every slice bursts with juice, a glowing blade trail and a splash on the dojo wall behind it. The fruit basket has a tropical twist: watermelon, coconut, pineapple, dragon fruit, mango, star fruit, banana, kiwi, lime, strawberry and more. A round lasts about one to two minutes, and there is nothing to download or install.
How to play
Swipe with your finger on a phone, or hold the left mouse button and drag on a computer. The blade only cuts when it is moving fast, so a quick flick works and a slow drag does not. Slice every fruit before it falls back down, and stay away from the black bombs with the blinking red rim. There is no text tutorial: even the main menu is made of fruit you slice to pick a mode, so you learn the game in a few seconds. On touch screens up to four fingers can each have their own blade.
Combos, criticals and score
Every fruit is worth one point, so big scores come from technique. Slice three or more fruits in one swipe for a combo that adds a bonus equal to the number of fruits, so a 5 combo is worth 5 + 5. Random critical hits add 10 points with a golden CRITICAL flash, and they happen more often when you cut a fruit right through its center. In Arcade, combos linked close together build a Blitz chain for even more points.
Five ways to play
Classic is pure survival: miss three fruits or hit one bomb and the round is over, while a rare golden durian takes three cuts and gives back a life. Arcade is a 60-second score rush where bombs cost 10 points and special bananas change the pace: Freeze slows everything, Frenzy fires fruit from both sides, and Double doubles your points. Zen gives you 90 calm seconds with no bombs to practise combos. A Daily Challenge brings a new rule every day, such as low gravity, a bomb storm or tiny fruit, and a split-screen 2-player mode lets two people battle on one device.
Blades, dojos and missions
Each round earns stars, and stars unlock new blades and dojos. Blades such as Fire, Ice, Thunder, Rainbow and Ink Brush only change the look and sound of your trail, never your power, so scores stay fair. Dojos move the action from the wooden hall to a floating market, a bamboo garden, a night rooftop or a sunset beach. Three missions are always active, around 25 achievements wait to be earned, and the result screen shares a fun fact about the fruit you sliced most.

VENO Slice is built for Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on both computers and phones, in landscape or portrait. Your progress, best scores and unlocks are saved in your browser, and a Reduced Effects switch turns down shaking and flashing for a calmer view.
