What is VENO Miner?
VENO Miner is a free browser version of the old Gold Miner arcade game. A miner stands on the surface with a claw swinging back and forth beneath him, and underground there is gold, rock, gems, mystery bags and the odd scurrying mouse. Every level gives you sixty seconds and a money target. Reach it and you move on; miss it and the run is over.
How to play
Click, tap or press the down arrow to drop the claw, and it flies out at whatever angle it happened to be at. The heavier the object, the slower the claw drags it back: a small nugget snaps up in a second, a giant one can eat half your remaining time. Dynamite is your escape hatch — use it while a rock is on the way up and the claw comes straight back empty and free.
What is worth grabbing
Small gold pays $50, medium $100, a big nugget $250 and the rare giant one $500. Rocks are the trap: $11 or $20 for a long, slow pull. Diamonds appear from level 3 and pay $600 for almost no weight, and the mystery bag can hold anything from nothing to $300 or a shop item. From level 5 a mouse may run past carrying a diamond worth $602 — hard to catch, worth the try.
The shop between levels
Between levels the shopkeeper offers five items at prices that change every time: extra dynamite, a strength drink that speeds up your pulls, a four-leaf clover that guarantees a rich mystery bag, a rock book that triples stone value and a diamond book that raises gem prices. Everything lasts one level except dynamite, which stacks, so think about the level ahead before you spend.
Endless levels, rising targets
Level one asks for $650 and every level after that asks for noticeably more, so the run turns from casual grabbing into planning which objects you can afford to spend time on. After level ten the maps loop with smaller gold and more rock. Your high score, language and sound settings are saved in your browser.
Phone and desktop, no install
The game scales to your screen and rearranges the HUD when you rotate the device, with a big dynamite button in the corner on mobile. Nothing to install, no account needed — open the page and the claw is already swinging.
