What is VENO Flux Breaker?
VENO Flux Breaker is a brick breaker in the spirit of the classic arcade games, rebuilt as a glowing 3D diorama for the browser. You steer a hover paddle called the Flux Skiff along the bottom of an energy field, send a bright ball into walls of glossy bricks and clear the stage one bounce at a time. The ball always stays the clearest thing on screen, so the action is easy to read on a big monitor or a small phone.
How to play
Move the paddle with the mouse, the arrow or A/D keys, or by dragging on the touch rail under the field so your finger never hides the ball. Press Space or tap to launch. Hitting the ball with the middle of the paddle sends it straight up; the edges send it out at an angle, so every return is a small aiming decision. You start a run with three balls, and losing several balls at once during multi-ball only costs one.
Bricks with personality
Plain bricks break in one hit, armored ones crack first, and plated bricks take three hits. Blast bricks damage everything around them, conductor bricks jump their spark to nearby bricks, cache bricks drop a power-up, and steel bricks cannot be broken at all but give you new bank shots. Break bricks quickly one after another to grow your combo multiplier up to x4.
Seven power-ups
Capsules fall from broken bricks: Wide makes the paddle longer, Slow calms the ball, Split adds up to two more balls, Catch lets you hold and re-aim the ball, Pulse fires twin shots from the paddle, Pierce lets the ball punch through bricks and Shield saves one ball at the bottom. Each one has its own icon, name and timer, so you always know what is active.
24 stages and boss cores
The campaign has 24 stages in four worlds: Copper Circuit, Crystal Relay, Solar Foundry and Midnight Array. Every world ends with a boss core. In Rotor Guard you first break the four anchors, then hit the core while its shield is open. Earn up to three stars per stage by clearing it, keeping all your balls and beating the par time.
More ways to play
Arcade is the classic run with three balls, no continues and bonus balls at 25,000 and 75,000 points. Zen has no game over and a slower ball for relaxed sessions, and Daily gives everyone a fresh 180-second challenge. The game runs on desktop and mobile in landscape or portrait, with nothing to install.
